Pat has worked extensively in film, theatre, television and commercials. Most recently as a film director, her short films and first feature have been screened on TV and various film websites. They have also been screened at numerous film festivals in the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and South Africa and have won many awards and nominations:
- she was nominated best director at the Portobello Film Festival 2007 for her first short, a musical spoof called Johnny Maybe and the Porn Star, where they screened over 700 films. This short also won the award for best short under 35 minutes at the Swansea Life Film Festival 2008.
- her short film Just One More Night was selected for FINAL CUT's dvd of the best short films of 2006. It won the award for best narrative short at the Swansea Life Film Festival 2008 and best international short at the Heart of England International Film Festival 2008, having previously won an award for best make-up at the Hollywood DV Festival.
- Just One More Bite won the gold award for best narrative short at the Everglades international Film Festival in 2007 and the gold award for best music film at the International Filmmaker Festival 2008. It has been nominated in various categories at three other festivals.
- David won the award for ‘best film under 75 minutes’ at the Swansea Bay Film Festival 2007 and was nominated as best first feature at the Heart of England Festival in 2008
She has recently co-directed a 70 minute film called The Relay Project.
Pat’s London theatre directing credits include Never Left, All Right -Soho Studio Theatre and the King's Head Theatre, Goblins Don’t Scare Us - New End Theatre, Love Me Love My Dog - Hen & Chickens Theatre, Cinderella - Westminster Theatre, Playing for England - London Scriptworks, The Gut Girls - Hen & Chickens Theatre and an acclaimed production of We Don’t Talk Anymore - Etcetera Theatre & Edinburgh Festival. She has also directed a highly successful production of Anything Goes - Wagner Theatre, New York, Play at the Edinburgh Festival and a highly praised Youth Theatre production of Animal Farm at Harrogate Theatre.
In 2008 she directed the UK premiere of Hannah and Martin at the Courtyard Main Theatre, London to excellent reviews, including:

This year she has directed the premiere of Too Close to the Sun, a new musical, at the Comedy Theatre in the West End, London.
As a choreographer and movement director Pat has more than fifty theatre credits (including 9 new musicals) and has worked with the Royal National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and D’Oyly Carte Opera Company.
Her film choreography includes Little Shop of Horrors, Santa Claus – The Movie, King Ralph, Muppet Christmas Carol, Photographing Fairies, Muppet Treasure Island, Alice in Wonderland, Jesus, A Christmas Carol and Jack and the Beanstalk – The Real Story.
Her television work includes The Long Firm, North & South, Doc Martin, The Brief, Judge John Deed, My Uncle Silas, ‘Orrible, EastEnders, Monarch of the Glen, Uncut Funk, How to be Cool, and the League of Gentlemen Christmas Special 2000 as well as numerous award winning tv commercials and the motion-capture pilot episodes of Size Matters and Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde.
She also choreographed the BAFTA winning short film Goodie-Two-Shoes and the award nominated Supergrass video Can You Hear Us Pumping On Your Stereo.
